Be Still: Finding Freedom in Quiet Reflection

In the midst of life’s busyness, it’s important to carve out moments of stillness and reflection. This summer, our Be Still gatherings have focused on the theme of freedom, offering a space to contemplate poetry, scripture, and spiritual writings.

Whether you join us in person or via Zoom, Be Still is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect with God and one another. As Joyce Rupp writes, “With every painful peeling, I am freer.” Let’s embrace the freedom that comes from shedding what no longer serves us and opening our hearts to new possibilities.

Be Still meets Sundays at 9:15 am and Mondays at 5 pm. All are welcome—no experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to listen.
