Be Still: Finding Freedom in Simplicity

This summer, our Be Still gatherings are exploring the theme of freedom. Through poetry, scripture, and quiet reflection, we are invited to consider what it means to live freely in Christ. As Mary Oliver writes in her poem Simplicity is Freedom, “Things! Burn them, burn them! Make a beautiful fire! More room in your heart for love, for the trees!”

Join us on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 10:00 AM in the Chapel or on Zoom for this peaceful and enriching time of meditation. Whether you’re new to contemplative prayer or a seasoned practitioner, Be Still offers a space to quiet your mind and open your heart to God’s presence.
